We accept payment by PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or cash if paying in person.
Delivery + Storage
We can ship smaller items via mail, facilitate delivery to the New York City area using a trusted third party, coordinate delivery outside New York State using an interstate shipper, or hold an item in the shop for customer pickup. It is best to contact us ahead of time to find out what long distance freight shipping or delivery will cost before purchasing an item. We can place that item on hold for you while we negotiate shipping costs.
When you add an item to your shopping cart, you’ll get a prompt asking whether you would like to pick up your items in-store, schedule delivery, or have them shipped. If you choose to schedule delivery, please call us at 646-926-7008 so that we can set up a delivery time that works best for you. We work with several local area delivery firms, both large and small, who will make sure that your furniture gets to you undamaged, safe and secure. They are fully insured and have many years experience handling furniture deliveries. The price of delivery depends on travel distance, tolls, item size and weight, number of stairs, and delivery date. (Additional fees may apply for buildings requiring a Certificate of Insurance.)
Customers are also welcome to coordinate delivery with their own preferred delivery service. Please note that we are a small shop, and we are unable to store purchased items for longer than one week. To avoid incurring a storage fee of minimum $75 per item per week, please call us soon after after your purchase date to coordinate delivery or pickup.
All sales are final and all merchandise is sold as is. Since all our merchandise is vintage, the condition of each individual piece will vary uniquely according to age, storage conditions, and level of use. All items have been thoroughly cleaned prior to sale. Our measurements are approximate, so items may vary slightly in true dimensions. We pride ourselves on stocking second-hand items that are in very good to excellent condition, and we do our best to provide you with as much information as possible about our stock in the description.
In the rare event that an item is purchased in-store at the same as your credit card payment is processing online, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you have tax exempt status, you must make your purchase in-store or over the phone. We cannot remove tax for online purchases and we cannot change a sale total once it has been charged to your credit card.
